The SoulLife Fellowship
The SoulLife Foundation Fellowship
Empowering purpose-driven creatives through mentorship, community, and artistic excellence.
The SoulLife Foundation Fellowship is a merit-based, yearlong opportunity for emerging and mid-career creatives who demonstrate outstanding leadership, artistic promise, and a commitment to cultural enrichment through the arts. Fellows are selected by invitation — often through nomination by members of the SoulLife Foundation Board — in recognition of their natural proclivity, talent, and community-centered approach.
Each fellow is awarded a competitive stipend disbursed throughout the year and gains access to a strong, mission-aligned network of artists, educators, and industry professionals. Fellows contribute to SoulLife Foundation programming through teaching, performance, creative development, and civic engagement.
There is no age ceiling for participation. The Fellowship intentionally prioritizes access for underrepresented and underutilized populations in arts and entertainment — uplifting the voices of those historically excluded from creative leadership spaces.
Rooted in the belief that the arts are a powerful tool for change, the SoulLife Foundation Fellowship supports artists in deepening their practice, expanding their reach, and contributing meaningfully to SoulLife’s mission: to inspire, educate, and empower through music, theater, literature, film, and the humanities.
This is more than a fellowship — it’s a launchpad for legacy-building in the creative economy.
Application Process
Invitation Only
The SoulLife Foundation Fellowship is by invitation only, with candidates nominated directly by a member of the SoulLife Foundation Board. This selective process ensures that each fellow is carefully chosen based on artistic merit, leadership potential, and alignment with SoulLife’s mission.
Because no two artists are alike, each fellowship experience is individually tailored — providing personalized support, mentorship, and opportunities designed to help each fellow thrive creatively and professionally.
The fellowship term lasts one full calendar year, and select fellows may be invited to apply again for the following cycle based on performance, engagement, and continued alignment with the Foundation’s goals.
